Welcome to Pon’s Social Report 2011. With this revamped Social Report it’s our intention to use this interactive method of featuring employees and showing you how our social policy is fleshed out. We prefer to let our employees do the talking so they can tell the story.
The theme of this Social Report is “You make the difference”. The degree to which our customers are satisfied is crucial to the realisation of our ambitious objectives.
